1. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

• Legal Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age...
• Verification: Age will be strictly verified at the point of delivery by FedEx or at the time of curbside pickup.
• Legal Title: All alcohol is sold in the Commonwealth of Virginia...

2. Shipping Policies (Virginia Only)

• Destination: We ship wine ONLY within the State of Virginia.
• Quantity Restrictions: Two (2) cases per individual per month.
• Delivery Requirements: FedEx will not leave alcohol unattended.
• Address Changes: $15.00 fee applies.
• Business Deliveries: Provide full business details.

3. Weather, Refunds, and Returns

• Extreme Weather Warning: Not liable for heat/freezing damage.
• Rule of Thumb: Avoid shipping below freezing or above 80°F.
• No Returns: No refunds on alcohol purchases.
• Insurance: Covers breakage only.
• Return Fees: Customer responsible for failed delivery returns.

4. Webstore Operations & Pricing

• Pricing & Discounts:
  • 1–5 Bottles: Standard Price
  • 6–11 Bottles: 10% Discount
  • 12+ Bottles: 15% Discount
• Inventory: Subject to stock and vintage changes.
• Order Confirmation: Not final until confirmed.
• Processing: 24–48 hours.

5. Curbside Pickup

• Available for all items
• No quantity restrictions
• 5.3% VA sales tax applies

6. Privacy & Security

• Data used only for order processing
• Secure encrypted checkout

7. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless H&H Wine Cellars, Inc. from all claims and liabilities.
