A creamy nose with milk-chocolate notes includes mint and spicy plum aromas. This hot-year Carmenère is full but a bit flat in feel, with low acidity and general softness. Peppery plum and berry flavors are minty and slightly green. The wine tastes similarly herbal on a short finish.
