"From the Ribera del Duero wine region, Alejandro Fernández Tinto Pesquera Reserva 2015 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied 100% Tempranillo produced from vines between 20 and 40 years of age. The wine aged 24 months in American oak barrels followed by 12 months in bottle. Alejandro Fernandez, a self made wine-maker, is one of the most well known and respected wine producers in the Ribera del Duero. Look for ripe red berry, dark fruit, cocoa, smoky vanilla and subtle spicy flavours smooth and balanced on the palate. Tannins are velvety. Drink of hold."
